CFA evaluator email issue

Hello. I am currently working on my USAFA application. I put down some sources for the evaluation letter and the application says that as soon as I click "save", it would immediately send an email to the people listed. I did this a few weeks ago, and I followed up with some of them this week. They told me that they have not yet received anything, even in their spam. I was wondering if anyone else had the same issue?
I emailed the Adiministor they said to write down different email addresses but my evaluator still didn`t get it.

I had a similar thing happen when I had one of my optional LOR sent to my recommender. I initially entered my recommenders work email address and the organization automatically blocked the email from USAFA to him. When I entered my recommenders personal email, he got the instruction email for the LOR no problem.

Maybe try personal email address that are not company/school run.

I was having the same issue. I emailed the technical support admissions team, and they said after you submit your candidate kit the CFA evaluator will receive an email. I don't know why they did this.
