CFA pull ups video

Hi, in the application portal there is a part for submitting pull-up/flexed arm hang videos. If we took the CFA at a summer program and have no videos from it are we to just not do that part, just take a video of doing these on a random day or should we retake it to get a video of that part?

My son did his CFA at USNA Summer Seminar, and the results of his CFA were given to USMA. He was contacted by USMA to submit a video of just his pull ups. We have a pull up bar at home so yes, we just filmed it on a random day. But make sure and watch the demo video and follow the instructions. We didn't the first time and had to redo it. For example, before performing your pullups you are to say your name, your candidate number, while holding an ID of yourself. I hope that helps! Good luck.
