CFA Retake

I did my CFA retake this Saturday. My application is still open, and I have not recieved an email saying that I have failed. So does that mean that I passed?

Not necessarily. It (more than likely) means that the application hasn't been reviewed for "completeness", yet.
Data doesn't get entered on the weekends (as far as I know) so patience is called for here.

I know, easy for me to say.

Ok, thank you! Does it mean that it’s been reviewed if it says my application is “complete” and the CFA has been “Recieved and Processed by USAFA” does that mean they have seen it?
 
Yes, I believe that you are correct in that assumption. Not sure how it works with USAFA, but with USNA, there is a point in which the status changes to "Complete, Pending Review".
