When applying to WP, the CFA section for a candidate- If you Pass do you get full credit or does your CFA score determine how many points or % you receive. Thank you for your I put.

It is pass fall—in that you must pass it or you are not physically qualified. The score matters—because you are awarded points based on the score. So train until you are as good as you might be.

Thank you for the information - Then the question is If the candidate passed the CFA is there merit in taking it again to pursue a higher score? She did the flex arm hang at SLE and found out later that the Pull-Ups add more points, she can do pull ups but to a safe route. She passed - would it be worth redoing or just focus on the rest of the application? Thank you again

I suppose it will depend on how strong the rest of her application is, if it would make sense to spend time to take it for a higher score. If her SAT/ACT scores are not super high, it probably would make sense to spend more time working on that. In the past, it has been mentioned that the CFA is a very small percentage of total points for the candidate score.

Thank you - appreciate your input.

As she applies you hear how competitive it is, also 99% of candidates are going to be competitive people- while her scores are strong every opportunity you see where something maybe improved you may look to improve. In researching WP one of the things the discuss is that cadets need to learn time management skills and where to focus their energies to be most successful overall verse a traditional university where it's academics only.

We are trying to chase highest ACT possible ACT, you would hate to look back a say I could have done better

Thank you
