I've been working on the CFA and here's where I was at last time I did a full practice run-through. I'm strong in most events but the last couple are weighing me down. Was hoping someone who had been in a similar situation could give me some tips.

B-Ball throw: 81 ft
Pull-ups: 15
Shuttle: 8.1 sec
Sit-ups: 59
Pushups: 39
Mile Run: 7:09

I would say Push Ups and Sit Ups are what you need to focus on the most. There’s quite a few videos from Stew Smith on how to bring up your sit ups. Push ups wise, just do a few sets of 25 every time you wake up and go to bed, along with Chest days in your workouts. It also helps to kind of strategize in your CFA with pushups. For example I did sets of 15 in mine, and rested between each “set” and maxed out at 75 and didn’t burn myself out

Good luck!

From my experience, pull-ups have been the hardest so you are in good shape in that regard. As far as sit-ups and push-ups go, I found a program for pushups that has helped a lot online and is pretty simple to follow you can find here. If you want to work on the situps, I used the push-up program link but instead of doing the number of pushups, I did situps instead.

Hope this helps!
