Here's my CFA scores that I got yesterday:

bb throw: 53ft
pull-ups: 10
shuttle: 9.34s
sit-ups: 63
pushups: 65
run: 6:54

How did I do? Besides my bb throw and maybe sit-ups I think I did pretty well and hopefully passed.
Also, how do I know when my score is reviewed? There is a checkmark saying my scores were submitted, so will there be another mark in the same place saying passed or failed?

Admissions will email you requesting a retake if you failed, usually sometime in the next few days or so. If you don't get an email, it means you passed (there won't be another checkmark saying pass on the portal).

I am tagging along this thread. According to USAFA, the CFA can't be super scored. So does the CFA proctor send the best scores out of two attempts or send all the attempts and the USAFA decide?

I have a similar shuttle run score, let me know if you pass! Goodluck fellow cadet

Your portal won't say whether you passed or failed. You will be emailed by USAFA if you need to retake it, but your scores should be passing. Either way I would recommend training situps, pullups, and practicing the basketball throw and taking the CFA again. Good luck

BB throw should be fine. Not sure about situps
