CFA status unclear

Before calling, thought to ask here. Does this look like CFA is complete, under review, or new videos are needed? Thank you.

Your videos are on file and have not been checked yet. The CFA is red because Navy hasn't sent over the scores yet. You will get communication from admissions via email if you need to redo videos, wait for now.
 
Or perhaps it reflects receipt of certain info, and your videos are in queue to be reviewed by a human before final CFA completion is noted. Someone has to look at all these, and I am sure there is not someone whose full-time job is pulling these up and watching them.

CFAs are starting to ramp up in volume by the thousands as applications build.

I would say give it a week or so.

You could look at your videos and ensure you held up the identifying info and included whole body (the feet!) views of your required elements.

The CFA was in June and the videos were uploaded 8 weeks ago. I didn’t know if >8 weeks is the normal turnaround time, or if anyone else has this same question, so thought I would post it here. Ty!

That's quite a long time. Did you take it at NASS or did you do it for a USNA application and have it transfer over? Either way you should contact admissions at this point.

It was at NASS. Will contact admissions for clarification. Thank you
 
This is what my admissions support clerk said regarding sending CFA scores from NASS. I will also be sending USMA my CFA scores from NASS and shoot my pull ups and push ups. Hope this helps.

Your videos are successfully updated but your actual scores have not been sent in. Once they are sent in, it will turn yellow/pending. Then you wait for it to be reviewed.

Requested again for USNA to send the CFA. Thanks so much for your help.

Don't waste time waiting for Navy to send the scores to WP. Reach out to your CFA Administrator, enter their contact details into your portal and get him/her to submit directly to WP. I administer tons of CFAs every year for all flavors of academies - mostly WP. I send scores directly to academies. Asking one academy to send scores to another is painful.

Anyone have experience on how long it takes to be reviewed once it says pending?

I am in same situation. USNA Admissions has sent my CFA score in, and separately I uploaded videos of my events. I have been “complete pending review” for 10+ weeks. I have emailed USMA Admissions four times but still no progress/change.
 
Ours took about 6 weeks and seemed to coincide with a particular point in the application review. Soon after my DSs CFA videos were reviewed by a human, he received his LOA. So it seems that the video review, for whatever reason, occurs once your record gets to a certain approval point.
