CFA still pending.

I know this subject has been brought up quite a few times but DD’s CFA has been yellow for three months. She has a nomination and DODMERB is clear. LOE also. Should she be contacting her AO or just leave it alone? Thanks!
 
Mine was yellow for about 3 months too. Then I was contacted that I needed to resubmit the pullup video. It takes a long time to review the CFA because it goes through a lot of people to double-check the videos are correct. I personally would wait another week or two and if it still has not checked green, I would contact your AO.
 
I submitted one a few weeks ago- right before the deadline, and it was approved in 2 weeks*. It probably wouldn't hurt to reach out ASAP since it has been three months- deadline was 13 days ago- her file will not be reviewed until CFA is green.

My son's CFA was yellow until he was reviewed, but it was just a few weeks after re-submitting the pull-up video as requested. Once he got the 3Q letter last week the CFA turned green. The videos were both green, but the CFA had been yellow.

The same case with my profile. It seems if everything else is checked off- and the CFA is the last item needed, then once the CFA is approved it will trigger a 3Q letter (Not all the time- but the majority at least).

DD sent an email last night inquiring about it. Hopefully she gets some kind of a response. It’s been since November 8!
