CFA Video Upload Error

I have tried to upload my pull-up and push-up CFA videos several times with no success. The videos are less than 150MB and in MOV format. Each time I try to upload these videos I receive an “Application Error Report.” The page says that no action is needed on my part to report it, but I first faced this issue about a week ago and I’ve still not been able to upload these videos. Has anyone else had this problem? Thank you!

Maybe try sending an email or calling your candidate technician they would know best

Hey there, your Candidate Technician will probably tell you the same thing but make sure that you are using Windows when uploading your files. I normally use Chrome OS, but I ran into the same error and had to use a computer at school to upload my video files.

Hope this helps!

Thank you for your response! I’ve been trying on Chrome, but will definitely try using Windows. Thanks again!

DS uploaded the videos directly from iPhone to the portal using the safari browser on iPhone. The push up video is probably too large of a file. He used iMovie to compress it.

Thanks for the info! I got it to work using windows and also had to compress the push-up using iMovie. Thanks again!
