I have taken an official CFA for USNA and USMMA; although, I did not record a video for my pull ups and pushups. Do I need to take a separate CFA for USMA? or do I just need to show my form for the two events? Any tips/suggestions would help.

You need videos for both for the USMA. Frankly the Academy has started to see that many of the reported scores are not right. People say they can do 100 push ups because their gym coach lets them slide and when they get to the academy they do some ridiculous amount like 20. Know that not being honest on your CFA test just gets you are really bad start at the academy. This includes pull ups where they expect you to pull your body to a position in which you touch your collar bone. You will be tested on pull ups on your first day and you must do six good ones (for men) or you are subject to being sent home. In the end, good physical fitness starts you off right at the academy. Conversely being untruthful or having some excuse why you say you can do 18 pullups and you show up and can do two gets you into a bad group from the beginning. At the Academy PT is not a joke. This also goes for women where the men watch you and will compare scores and make judgements. It looks really bad when people brag on line that they are great at PT and they show up and do one pull up and run an 8 minute mile. By the way, the top CFA score of the Plebes this year was over 340 on the extended scale. That means they max every event out and then get extra points for more reps. Many of them max it out.

I totally agree with this post. I will retake my CFA in a few days and record the two events.
