CFA Worry

I am taking my CFA in a few days as my deadline for the AFA is approaching and I can't push it farther as I still want to apply there. I sustained an injury a few months ago which I have now been cleared from, but it prevented me from doing any explosive movements for a while, making me struggle with the shuttle run. My basketball throw is also subpar. (Male)

BBall throw: 64 ft
Pullups:13
Shuttle Run: 9.7s
Situps: 93
Pushups: 70
Mile Run: 5:30

I know there aren't posted minimums, but would my basketball throw and shuttle run result in me failing the CFA?

You will be just fine if not great. I heard from admissions that USMA is the only branch that cares about the basketball throw. Apparently Navy and Air Force both pushed for it to be taken off of the CFA, but Army insisted on keeping it. Your scores are impressive and will not do anything but help you.

The USMA "calculator" comes back "at risk" with the above scores... hang 18 sec. (vs. 8.6), and it moves to "pass", with everything else the same....
* remember this is just an estimate of how it would score...not a fact.

Thank you so much. I plan to retake it because although it shows as qualified on the Naval portal, I received an email from the AFA asking me to retake it because of the flex arm hang

Curious question from DD. She received her CFA check mark from her summer scores at NASS.

At this point she is 3Q with MOC Nominations.

Is a check mark good enough or can/should better scores be submitted at this point?
