Question on my sons CFA, his administrator submitted his test on 12/15/21, videos were uploaded the following week. Those are green. My son emailed to follow up and they stated the administrator needed to upload his scores. So I am assuming something got sent to the wrong place or something didn't get submitted at all. Should he have his administrator resubmit? Or can he just have the Naval Academy send the CFA Scores? He is been Qualified since 12/10/21 at the USNA.

A similar thing happened to our son. If I recall you can go into the USMA portal, select "Overview" and reselect the CFA administrator and it will generate a new email/link for them to submit the scores.
This makes me nervous with applications needing to be completed by 1/31/22I sent mine in in October and they still have not been marked off of my application.

Are yours yellow? On the portal it says that your performance will be reviewed once CFA submitted and you will be notified if you failed. Once your entire application is complete, several USMA members of the admissions committee will review the performance and status will update to green “on file”.I sent mine in in October and they still have not been marked off of my application.

I may be wrong but you and @tbonemsu might have different issues. If Tbone's CFA scores have been submitted, he has met that requirement and he just needs to wait for his turn in the queue for review. That can take some time because once the videos and scores are submitted your RC, another RC and then the Master of the Sword (or delegate) have to concur on the push-up and pull-up count before the CFA can be considered passed.This makes me nervous with applications needing to be completed by 1/31/21
If your son's RC has stated that they have not RECEIVED the CFA scores you need to have your son refer to my above post, resend the CFA Administrator a link (if needed) and follow up first verbally and then a follow-up email to the CFA Administrator thanking him/her for taking his call and promptly uploading the scores.
