Chances/how competitive?

Stats looks very good. But, Keep in mind that, race-conscious is in the consideration for admission (Even U.S. Supreme Court Ends Affirmative Action in Higher Education 2023, but not includes SA ). So, Asian compares to Asian in a same pool.... From historical data, Asian cadets take 5-6% of all students body.
Is this true?

C/o 2027, Asian Americans made up about 16.5% of the class.

I am more interested in the statement “Asians compete against Asians in the same pool.”

The actual Asian population at an Academy is a set fact, whatever the number is.

Oh, well… can’t help you there, but it does seem unlikely. Granted, SAs are their own unique beasts, but that is generally NOT the way college admissions works

No solid official info, it's from a conversation with an ROTC officer.

For general context (because I was looking at demographic profiles this weekend), in terms of representation, has about 2x as many Asian American cadets as WP and about 3x as many as Navy. It has about half the number of African American cadets as WP and Navy.
