Alright, so I am currently a junior in HS.

My cumulative GPA is 3.684 (weighted) - I know that's bad, I had 3.5s 9th and 10th grade...

I am ranked 149 of 567 in my class (top 26th percentile)

Lately, my last two quarter GPAs were 4.0 and 4.14, and increasing - so my cumulative should get higher as the year progresses.

I carry one of the heaviest courseloads at my school. I fill my schedule with honors and AP courses and take no studyhalls.

I played freshman and JV football (9th and 10th grade) but stopped this year.
I ran track sophomore year and will also run it this year and next.
I play CYO/Rec basketball.
I have no varsity letters other than in academics.

I am an Eagle Scout and the Senior Patrol Leader of my troop (I am the head boy leader of 55+ scouts and spend a lot of time planning meetings, camps, etc.)
I am in National Honor Society, Key Club, and am a DARE Role Model.
I am an altar server and a member of my church's youth group.

I received 2nd place in the Northeast Ohio Science and Engineering Fair 2010.

I think that's just about everything...

I really want to become a part of the West Point Class of 2017, what are my chances?

You sound pretty good. Have you taken ACT or SAT. If not, get on it. I'm a junior just like you so I'm working on an LOA/appointment for next year. I am also an Eagle Scout.

I have taken the PSAT and am awaiting results for that.
I am scheduled to take the SAT on December 3 and the ACT in early February.

And awesome job on getting your Eagle!

63.5%

I will also be happy to quote you meaningless chances of admission for Harvard, Yale, Harvey Mudd, and Boise State.

There is no such thing as a "chance" of admission. Look at the class profiles for past classes and profiles of accepted cadets. Also, you need a varsity letter.
