Changes on DODMERB portal

I remember last year (before DoDMERB changed their website) that changes would occur on the portal, e.g., NLOA. and I knew where to find those changes. Now, with the new and improved site, I can't seem to figure out where something like NLOA would be posted on your portal.

Does anyone know where those changes would occur on the new site once logged in to your portal?
