Checked the wrong box- what should I do?

Was filling out my medical questionnaire and I checked the wrong boxed and hit "save". I have not reviewed nor confirmed anything but there is a little lock symbol next to it and I can't change the answer to "no". How do I fix this?
 
I remember from my DD's time last year that there was a place to add comments. If all else fails, you can resort to that.
I am sure @MullenLE have more insight into it.

This exact thing actually happened to me a few weeks ago. You simply email the CIV team and make sure to let the doctor know that you made a mistake during your exam and your good to go.
