Elected official nom slates aren’t due to the SAs until after the New Year. If you’re on one of those, they will show up in your portal eventually.
Your Presidential nom is a matter of simple eligibility, so clearly the appropriate USAFA Admissions staff reviewed your documentation and updated your record. Great that you qualified for one of those! Only 100 appointments may be charged to that nomination authority, and there are usually more than 100 applicants who are eligible for a Presidential nom, so you were wise to apply for additional noms from elected officials. I hope you applied for the VP nom too.
Meanwhile, USAFA has no doubt been reviewing and evaluating applications for admissibility. Items such as noms, DoDMERB status, etc., are additional qualifying elements. There are many intersecting and parallel processes being worked by various parts of Admissions during a cycle of class-building as they produce offers of appointment.
If you think about it, some candidates may receive LOAs, assuring them of an offer of appointment, if they fulfill a condition such as a nom, acceptable CFA, etc., so you would conclude whatever they have submitted to date has been reviewed and found to have met some desired criteria.
