Children of Disabled Veterans Nomination

Hello all,

I am completing my checklist for the USAFA application, and I just have the DoDMERB appointment and nomination left. I am trying to apply for the children of disabled veterans nomination, as I requested in the PCQ, but I can't find a form to fill out anywhere. Does USAFA's admissions team send me the form directly? Thanks

It is a formatted letter that you complete with your Mom/Dad. They attach the information as noted in the instructions. A number of my students have used it to gain nominations. Send the copy to either Team Silver or Team Blue in Admissions. Be sure that you receive confirmation of their reception and validation that Admissions does not need anything else from you.

Go to the USAFA Admissions pages. Work your way through “read more” until you find the page screenshotted below with link:
