CIS wont update?

My counselor said she filled out the required forms for "Candidate Academic Information"

But it doesnt show they recieved it on my CIS form.

So I emailed my regional director....no response. its been about 4 days

sooooo....what now?
 
Oh my gosh, that is so weird! The same thing is happening to me.

My guidance counselor said she received verification from the USNA prior to July 19th that they got the Activities Record, but it hasn't updated on my CIS. So I'm confused!

I called the admissions office and they said it probably just hasn't been updated, and give it a few more days then call back. So...I'm just waiting. Glad it's not just me!
 
Get ready for a long year of waiting by the mailbox! :smile: Take one step at a time and try to be patient.
 
Same exact thing happend to me for candidate academic information. What you need to do is call admissions directly. Explain the problem. What they're going to have you do is have your counselor go into the system and print off what she/he completed and fax it in. Then someone in admissions will manually enter it in.
 
The same thing happened here and He emailed his counselor and asked him to check to see if he had sent it. the counselor said that he had but that he would resubmit. After he did that if showed up on my page as updated.
 
Make sure he submitted and didn't just save it. You'll get an email telling you it was submitted when he does it.
 
I emails my regional director who said he then re-sent the email from my counselor.

And now it is 2 days after he said he did that...and the CIS site still says waiting for submission
 
I think I re-sent "candidate academic information" about 6 times before I finally just said I'll have my cousnelor fax the darn thing in. It was finally updated last night as complete. This is probably going to be your best bet.
