Class of 2013 Instructions for Candidates Offered Admission

hey have you already accepted your appointment? I received mine three weeks ago, and just received a mailing from USMA regarding the various forms yesterday. my candidate portal still doesn't have anything regarding these forms...
 
Yes, I accepted my appointment when I received it a few months back. Many of those forms can be found at the end of the link I posed (starting on page 21). Be sure to read where each form should be sent, some go to Thayer Road and you must address envelopes for those yourself, while others use the pre-addressed envelopes that came in the mail.
 
Just when you think it's over...

You get five new forms to complete! What a process. Now it's back to the dentist, opthamologist, doctor, social security agency...
 
Many of the forms in the packet have any experatioins date of 2/28/09 (upper righht hand corner)? Has any one asked West Point about the experation date?

don't remember where this was posted either the forum or on prospective-net listserv. But this question was raised before, and the answer was the forms are fine, they are just standard and have not been updated, to just fill them out and send them in by the correct time frame noted in the instruction booklet. :smile:
