Class of 2015 - Mailbox Stalkers Club

what does " should be pretty active " means ?
Thank you Falconfamily
The QNV mail going out on Thursday/Friday means that they should arrive next week. There might be other types of mail mixed in, it is this other mail we are all hoping for.

cool...thank you ...
enjoy the rest of the day Falconfamily....
God bless you...

Antfeb, hmx512 : In a normal year there is still alot of movement in April and May. This is not a normal year, so there is really no telling what is happening. That is why we are so active in this group. Part of it is info sharing, i.e. any prep offers, any new BFE's. etc... Part of it is just because there are some great folks in this forum and there is some good advice about working through what ever the outcome is from your stalking. It's been a tough couple of weeks here, but there are still some people with no status. Until I hear otherwise - I believe there is reason to keep stalking until the last club member reports in. Good Luck!

I would like to say, "Are you kidding me?" I will instead borrow one of my son's writings. Yep, that is pretty much how I feel. Good luck to those waiting.

"In a world of transient ephemerality, God's beautiful grace, perfect in its infinity, brings peace of incessant tranquility; unblemished beauty in a world kissed by umbrage and lost in the maelstrom of its own discontent."

It is not unheard of for a TWE to turn into a BFE in a matter of minutes (i.e. Sam-IA), or a Prep offer. In my rather stubborn mind, as long as there are people making selections at the USAFA admissions dept, there is no reason for anyone to close the door on themselves.

Peace

What's pretty amazing to me is...this thread is poised to go over 100,000 views very, very soon. :wiggle::wiggle::wiggle: That translates to an incredible amount of interest.

Still Stalking

Going crazy here waiting and wondering. We have heard about the 200 QNV and are still hoping and praying for the BFE! Our DS also had one lower score on his ACT. About a month ago they did request a remedial for his vision deficency. The doctor told us everything looked good and the AFROTC cleared him and gave him a 4year scholarship. Just wondering with the 1 low ATC score why they havent sent the TWE or QNV yet? Anyway we are hoping for the best and very thankful for what he has recieved already! Best of luck to everyone out there that is STILL STALKING:shake:

You are the second person who I have heard with this type of profile - 1 low ACT score -no decision. The other candidate was told that the Admissions folks that they were on the bubble. Thanks for checking in...it makes me wonder if there is some correlation here...Fingers crossed for you and your DS!

Thank you Falconfamily.
Eventhough this door is close, God will open another door for our kids. I believe there is good purpose on everything happen in our life.
thank you again..

Thank you usafa84...
We just called them (MOC) this afternoon, but they said they have not got anything yet from AFA.
have a great night usafa84

we got the call!

After many months of stalking, anxiety, and lots of praying my DS got a phone call yesterday from MOC-BFE is on its way! We (DS, DH, and me) are in FL on Spring Break and were out for lunch when the call came-lots of cheering and many tears of joy shed. Total strangers were clapping and congratulating DS...he couldn't speak for a while.

What a wonderful supportive group this thread/forum has been for me while I supported my son through his appointment process. I don't post much but log on many times a day to find strength through others in same the situation. I have laughed and cried, felt the exhilaration and desperation of others and been privileged to read about the lives of some amazing young men and women.

Best of luck to everyone! And THANK YOU!
