Hello everyone,

We've used the following link to check on the USNA application "progress": https://usnacandidate.force.com/cis/s/login/

That link leads to just the progress of the application (where all the check marks showing completed tasks, etc.)

We also used the following link (https://usnacandidate.force.com/OnlineApp/TX_SiteLogin) to reach a page where the same app info was available, but also showed a "status" of the decision where we can download the letter indicating an apppointment. This link no loger works. It now just shows:

Could you please share the link that will get usback to the "status" page and where we can see additional instructions?

OR: do we have to accept the appointment first to receive a new link that might direct us with next steps?

Apologies if these are silly questions and have already been asked. We searched this site to look for a new link but could not find any new info.

This happens a lot to me! You have to use the two pages in conjunction in order for them to work. Make sure you're logged into the USNA CIS portal, and then open up the Applicant Dashboard page, and it should work!
 
Appreciate the response. We've tried that combo - still no luck. Will try again just in case...
 
We have had the same thing happen. You have probably tried this already but log out (of your computer) and log back in and then try. That has worked for me. If it still doesn’t work reboot the computer and try again.

Hello! I believe that every link you have to that portal will display that error/logged out page. I noticed the same thing happening to me. Here is how I am able to reach the site you are referring to:

Bookmark that link and have it easily accessible. Then when you go to it, click log back in and it will take you to the other portal (the old one I believe). Once you reach this page, log in. Then open a new tab and click your bookmark or type in the same exact link that you used to reach the previous page. This should take you to the new portal and allow you to log in.

It's a tad bit annoying to have to do every time you want to look at your portal, but it is definitely useful. Hope this helps! :D
