DS cleared the MEDBOARD yesterday after taking a breath test to prove he didn't have any issues from being tagged with asthma as a child. Had I known what drama that diagnosis caused back then, I would have asked for a second opinion from someone other than a general practitioner who based his opinion from a single incident of "trouble breathing" during the third period of a wrestling match in sixth grade. In the end, it all worked out and I'm glad the Air Force automatically asked for the test vice disqualifiying him and having us fight through a rebuttal.
