Two things:
I noticed on the incomplete examination report it said the optometrist reported "cannot correct to 20/20 distant vision but did not report reason why." I wear contacts, and my eyesight is not great without them, but I've never had a problem with my corrected vision. Is this something I should call the optometrist about, and is it potentially disqualifying if accurate?
I have to obtain a weight measurement/waist circumference for my form to be complete. Can/how could I do that at my upcoming yearly physical (because that would be more convenient then the drive back to the suggested dodmerb office)?
