Coast Guard Website not working

I am trying to access the Coast Guard Academy website from the UK and the website will not load. Is this something wrong with the server or is everyone else's websites not working? Is it not working because I am overseas?

It's working for me right now in Virginia, have you tried using a different web browser? Being in a different country, especially one in the UK, shouldn't affect your access to the site. It used to work for me all the time when I was on my cutter during my first tour in the middle of the ocean.
 
I have issues with the Coast Guard's main website now and then.

I even had an issue with the CGHQ phones recently.

What's going on? Hire some new ITs or contract it out!
