Have any college reapplicants heard from USNA admissions yet?
Not yet, but I'm not a principle nominee/LOA holder/recruited athlete.
My friend who is a reapplicant currently at Villanova for NROTC got in two weeks ago with a ROTC nomination. He had no LOA and was not a recruited athlete.
Yes, got the call from MOC about appointment. No BFE yet. Not a principle nomination.
One of our candidates received notification in early February.
Still haven't heard anything, and BGO hasn't been able to find out anything about my status. I have 3 Noms this time around though so we'll see how it goes. I figure I probably won't hear till right before April 15, just so the Academy can torture me a little while longer.
I am a college re-applicant in my first year in aerospace engineering and I just got the TWE.
Sorry to hear that Aaron but don't give up on your long term goal of becoming a military officer. There are many other roads to that objective. My DS is finishing up his sophomore year of college and still waiting on a decision. Yes or no, he's sure he'll be serving one way or another. His plan B is to finish his degree in a civilian college while attending the USMC Platoon Leader's Course during the next two summers. There's always another way. Good luck to you and keep the focus on your long term goal.
