Hey everyone, I wanted to know if this was a common issue among other applicants for USNA. I have sent in my college transcript through mail on January 5th this year, and I sent it electronically to my admission counselor about two weeks ago. I got an email saying that they did receive it and it was a glitch, but I just wanted to know if anyone else was having the issue.

Yes I have the same problem too and the head lady told me that they do have it but there is an IT glitch that it doesn't show up in your portal. Don't worry I had the same concern but it's okay because it's just a glitch. Maybe contact your AO to confirm that they have it!

I have been told differently by my admission counselor. They told me that while they had received my college transcript, it would not be checked off until it was "validated" by their examiners. I sent mine at the beginning of January and it was not checked off until the beginning of this week.

My application also states "pending."

Same. Was told they received transcript but not checked off in system. Was told “it has to be manually checked off by staff before application is read and sent to the board.”

I have been told differently by my admission counselor. They told me that while they had received my college transcript, it would not be checked off until it was "validated" by their examiners. I sent mine at the beginning of January and it was not checked off until the beginning of this week.

My application also states "pending."

that's so weird. I guess it's different for everyone who is in different regions or something. I am just hoping that they actually do have it before they make a final decision
