Hey all,

Looking for advice from someone with Admissions/ALO experience.

I am a college student re-applying to the Academy. College transcripts need to reach the Academy by 15 Jan 2021. I had my University send an official transcript electronically via Parchment, and I received confirmation from Parchment that Admissions received the transcript on 12 Jan 21. This has still not updated in my portal (I know it takes a while to process, but they haven't even marked it as received, much less processed), and I know I probably don't need to worry, but I've tried contacting my admissions team multiple times about this and I've been stood up.

I'd just like to see if anyone out there has experience in the matter and knows if I have taken the right steps or if I need to take additional ones in the next couple of days. Feel free to reply below of PM me if you need more details. Thanks,

I had the same issue I had to call a bunch of people to find if it was processed. Tunes out they had it for weeks it just had not been posted. I imagine it is the same issue, you should be fine.
 
This is certainly not something to worry about, as I also had the same issue. It took about a month for it to show up on my portal, even though admissions confirmed that they had the transcript for many weeks. I would keep reaching out to confirm they received it, and then simply sit back and wait.
 
Thank you so much for this thread. I’m literally in the exact situation and I’ve been stressing for weeks, especially since I’m not getting a response from the admissions team. I’ve only tried emailing, though. Does anyone know what phone numbers I can find of people who would be able to confirm that they have it? Thanks!

Did anyone who was having this problem get this resolved? Is your college transcript showing in your portal yet? Mine isn't.

Mine isn't either. I just ended up emailing the Team I was assigned to and made sure they received it. I linked my transcript in the email just to make sure they had it.

you should probably contact them if you still haven't heard a response. try emailing your assigned "team." And if they don't respond maybe call admissions.

Try contacting admissions like kashkat said, and if you don't get a response, talk to your ALO about it. I told him the situation and he called somebody or did something and my portal ended up being updated the next day. You may get the same kind of luck with yours.
