Color Vision Testing for pilot applicants in the USAF

Folks – I will clear up misinformation regarding color vision testing for pilot training for the USAF. AFI48-123V3, dated 5 June 2006, specifies in part that all applicants must pass 4 color vision tests designated by the Air Force Surgeon General AND the FALANT is NOT authorized.
