Colorblindness DQ but no history of colorblindness

Hello, my DoDMERB portal updated a few minutes ago to reflect my medical DQ codes. One of them was D156.10-Color vision deficiency that does not meet individual Services standards. This was posted on the Naval Academy and Coast Guard Academy sections. However I am not colorblind and I have no history of colorblindness or any difficulty seeing or distinguishing between colors. I am wondering if there was some mistake in the administration or filing of my test. Does anyone have any experience with something similar to this or any advice? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Calling/emailing DoDMERB should be your #1 course of action. An administrative error is not impossible and you only have one real way to find out.
