Keep an eye on the 2024 Parents Facebook Group. Sooner or later the kids will bond and learn one another's names. Once that happens the kids are networked and that trickles back to the parents. You will see an explosion of info in that group. Seems to coincide with the first letters reaching home. The first phone call is about ten days in. ANSWER calls from anyone! It will be a loaned phone from someone you don't know. Good Luck!
