I finished all of my exams yesterday and my file on dodmets says "complete and on hold". It says the following:
We have a complete set of all of your examination records and they are currently being reviewed by a CIV Team case manager.
Our CIV Team case managers have identified some errors in your examination records. We are working to resolve these issues with your Providers.
No additional action is required on your behalf.
What do they mean by they found errors in my exam records?
