Hello. My case file has been complete on Dodmets since 11/18/19. The website says that my file is complete and is being reviewed by a CIV team member. Does anyone know how long this process usually takes to get the files reviewed and turned into DoDMERB? Is it normal for dodmets to take this long? Also what does complete mean? Thank you!

Hello, I ran into a similar situation back in October. On 10-1-2019 my file was marked as 'Complete.' After a bit over a week at this status, on 10-9-2019, I sent a note to DoDMETS via 'Contact Us' - within an hour (coincidence?) my file was marked as 'Closed.' The next day DoDMERB had updated my portal to display 'Medical Data Entry' and several hours later I received notice of qualification (really amazing how fast they work!) My suggestion is to contact DoDMETS and ask about a timeframe for when they will send your file on over to DoDMERB. Hope this helps!
What specifically did you ask DODMETS? My DS's file is complete and has been since last week. Haven't seen or heard anything else. Would love to have the same outcome as you mention above!

I asked them if there was a timeframe for when my files would be submitted to dodmerb. I told them when my file was completed and also attached a screenshot of my file saying it was complete. After a day of waiting they took care of it and now my file is closed. Good luck with the rest of the process!
