I made a mistake filling out the Covid section on the application (left other blank) and was missing a signature (which was e-signed, not hand signed). I received an emailed at 10:01 pm EST requiring immediate action. I sent in all the information they requested the next morning, to the email I was instructed to send it to, but got no confirmation it was received. At the same time, the night following, I received the same email, so I resent the requested information again. Still no confirmation, so I tried to call the number listed in the email but was disconnected each time. Today when I checked my status it changed to "complete and on hold". Does this mean I am missing information? How should I proceed?
