Concerned about system error - falling through the cracks?

Good morning - I fully submitted my application in early September. I have read all the posts and know I have to be patient to hear anything, but I have a few concerns. I attended CVW in January 2020 after receiving an email invite. After that communications with USNA got strange: I would receive multiple emails inviting me to another CVW session, I received 3 emails inviting me to Virtual NASS after I had accepted, and then received 3 emails about virtual CVW this past summer.

Is there a chance that USNA has multiple "accounts" ( I am not sure of the right term) for me? I ask because I was cleared by DodMERB a month ago and completed my BGO interview before that and neither has appeared in the portal. For those who understand this year's process, is USNA waiting to consider me as a candidate until DodMERB and my BGO are posted? I received an LOA from USMA in September so I hope I am at least competitive for USNA. I just don't want to be caught in some system glitch. Thank you
 
You may send an EMail to your admissions counselor to ask them to check.

Give them the the specific dates that you were cleared by DoDMERB and when your BGO uploaded the interview data, so that they have a timeframe within which to check. Are you sure that your BGO uploaded the data, for instance?
 
I do not know if my BGO has uploaded the data. I have followed up with him, but I have had no response. I would follow up again but I don't want to harass him

I did send my admissions counselor the official "qualified" letter from DodMERB portal though.

Contact your admissions counselor. He/She is there to answer your questions and to help you. My DS has contacted his admissions counselor on more than one occasion to check on missing items that had been submitted but not showing up in the portal. You can also use the chat feature on the USNA website.

Some items take longer than others to show up in the portal. Some items have to be manually inputted into the system so time frames may vary depending on other factors. The academy may have the item in question but it just hasn't been updated in the portal yet. In my DS's case, they had his test scores but it took awhile to find them and update them in his portal. His DoDMERB took about a month to update after completed with no issues. I have seen some report this happening within a week and others it has taken 2 months. DS's CFA showed up the same day it was taken/uploaded. His BGO interview took 3 weeks. I have seen some report it showing up almost immediately and others saying it took 3-4weeks. Try to be patient (much easier said than done) but if you do have a question or think something is taking too long (longer than what your research shows others reporting from their experiences) do inquire about it. Things do get missed, people don't always do what they say they will do, so don't be shy about advocating for yourself.

My DD has experienced almost the exact same. Including lost scores and recommendations. It’s incredibly frustrating. We are trying to be patient but I really feel like something is wonky. She has reached out several times to admissions - many times no one answers the phone.
