Conditional Appointment

I recently got a conditional appointment to the Merchant Marine Academy. It says that my appointment is contingent upon "continued excellence at school". I've done very well in the past as far as grades, but because I'm taking a number of difficult classes this year, my GPA rests around a 3.0 for the semester. Should I be worried?

You ask should you be worried? Answer Not really, just keep doing your best and don't let up, you'll be fine.
