Conditional DoDMERB appointments

We have just learned that the DoD/USCGA only received half of the medical exam paperwork expected. If you are waiting for updates on your conditional appointment and neither your Bear's Den nor your DoDMERB portals have more recent status changes, I recommend following up with DodMERB contact to ensure that they have all they need to complete the process on your behalf. In our case, it appears to be a clerical/technical glitch. We don't know for sure yet. But we've at least spoken to the parties who can rectify the situation.

Eye Exam reports have also been delayed due to DoDMERB portal issues that have been plaguing providers for almost a month.
