Rep. Jim Renacci’s office will host a Military Academy Day for those interested in attending the U.S. Military Academy, U.S. Naval Academy, U.S. Air Force Academy, U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, and/or the U.S. Coast Guard Academy. Representatives from all five service academies will be in attendance and available to speak with perspective students and parents.
This program will offer information on applying for service academy nominations. The program also offers guidance and tips on the individual parts of the application process including the Candidate Fitness Assessment (CFA), Department of Defense Medical Examination Review Board (DoDMERB), Super Score process for taking the ACT, and how to become a competitive candidate for the service academy.
The information session will be held in the center's Conference Room. It is free and open to the public; however, Rep. Renacci may only nominate students living in Ohio’s 16th District.
