Is anyone else having difficulty getting in contact with USMA? I emailed on Monday last week, called twice and left a message on Thursday, and have yet to hear anything back (I'm trying to make sure they have my 7th semester transcript). I've been able to get in touch with my RC, but he told me to contact someone else, and they can't seem to be reached. Are they being slowed down by the snow / any other ideas? Thanks.

My DS sent his 7th Semester transcripts last week. He emailed his admissions contact to confirm receipt. We never received a response...they just posted on the portal. Sure they are busy with combination of snow and file prep.
