DS's ROTC commander/CFA administrator seems to think that son doesn't need to do CFA since he's been medically disqualified. Is this true?? I thought he needed to finish application in case they request a waiver. I'm/We're confused.

Finish and have him talk to his ALO. That is terrible advice, hopefully, the ALO can help the ROTC commander better understand the process so it doesn't affect the next kid.

The only way to even be considered for a medical waiver is to have your file complete. Anything less and you have a 0% chance of admission
