Correct way to submit "Administrative AMI"

AMI was requested for adnormal BMI. My doctor requested a normal physical to show weight progression throughout the years, etc.
"The requested AMI(s) is/are classified as: "Administrative", you can generally complete Administrative AMIs on your own, without seeing a physician."

The physical has a lot of irrelevant information that was NOT requested. Would it be alright if I cut out only what is necessary and put it onto a document OR should I leave it as is, and submit everything (90% of the information irrelevant to what they need/asked for)
I would like to make it easier for them HOWEVER i do not want to make it seem like I am "hiding something."
Thanks.

When my DS was in a similar situation, and we inquired with DODMERB, we were told to always provide the original documentation. Summaries, overviews, are not what they wanted. They required all the detail and full context of the exam, visit or doctors notes, even though it seemed not relevant to the question. In reading through the Dodmerb threads from the past, I think this is pretty consistently Mr. Mullens guidance as well. Hope this is helpful.

I would provide whatever you have. Let the DoDMERB people decide what is relevant or not. They can sort through it.
