Corrected vision

Is less than 2o/20 corrected vision a total disqualifier for the USMA.

If not correctable to 20/20 in either eye it is a medical DQ.

I cannot say if it is 'waiverable' or not; PRK is available once you are a cadet but I have no idea if they would offer an appointment knowing this is required.

Based on all my research and it appearing that the standard for vision for enlisting, or the other service academies is less, I was wondering if waivers have been given to applicants to the USMA .

Ask your RC for a definitive answer for your situation - don't assume anything. Medical requirements and waivers are too arcane to get a correct answer specific to your case on this forum.
