Correspondence emails

I have received at least 2 emails from the USAFA no reply email service indicating that I have “missing checklist items”. But the box for the missing items is blank and everything is in the completed box. I have looked on my online portal as well and every checklist item has a green check mark next to it. In addition, my mentor ALO has informed me that from his end, everything is shown as completed as well. Has anyone else here experienced this and/or know how to help? Thank you!IMG_6553.png
 
Perhaps email your admissions counseling team and confirm that the application is complete.
 
Yeah I receive the same emails with everything done since early November with my deadline of Nov 1. Do you have a nomination yet? I don't and haven't thought much of the emails since I don't have a nomination yet.

I have the veterans disability one from my moms time in the service, which I believe marks the completion of my application. That is interesting though, maybe it’s an email that goes out to everyone just because. Glad to see that other people experience this too hopefully meaning that everything is fine on both of our ends.

I did that not too long ago and I am waiting for a reply. I will probably call them tomorrow as well to confirm.
 
My son received the same message multiple times, so he emailed admissions. Admissions said the only thing missing is the nomination, which is out of our control, and he can ignore the email.
