I have received at least 2 emails from the USAFA no reply email service indicating that I have “missing checklist items”. But the box for the missing items is blank and everything is in the completed box. I have looked on my online portal as well and every checklist item has a green check mark next to it. In addition, my mentor ALO has informed me that from his end, everything is shown as completed as well. Has anyone else here experienced this and/or know how to help? Thank you!
