Counselor unable to log into Recommendations.

DD's counselor tried to log into the ROTC recommendations with the email, password and name they gave her but it didn't work. She emailed them for help and the email came back as undeliverable. DD is looking for a contact to resolve this issue so the counselor doesn't have to make another phone call? Any ideas?
 
If this is Army have her email Cadet Command tonight so they get it in the morning. If it is not for Army, I have no idea.
