As a college reapplicant, I will be entering the academy this fall with around 75 college credits in mainly math, physics, and chemistry. Will I have the opportunity to validate these courses with my college transcripts, or will I still be required to take the course validation tests during plebe summer?

Your credit won't transfer, but you can potentially test out of "lower" level classes. There will be testing online ahead of time associated with your PTR and then others offered during the summer. And they will review your transcripts.
