Any guesses on whether the 4/15 deadline means Sunday 4/15 or maybe 4/13 or 4/14

Aren't we splitting hairs here ? Admissions website says that "most" will notified of their final status by 4/15, and Admissions has been very good over the years in meeting this meeting this commitment. April 15 means April 15, but of course determinations are being sent as we speak, so it can come anytime before.

The gentleman who helped me prepare for my MOC interviews went to West Point. He was denied his first time and then made it as a college re-applicant as 3rd alternate. He was CPR until early June when they called him.

Lots of moving parts here. We have talked to people who were 1st alternates for two years and didn't make it. Some people get primary noms and don't make it. Some stay CPR until the class if filled and confirmed...which can be late-May/early-June. I'm concentrated on my "plan B" and if an appointment comes my way then great. If not, I know my plan.
