I was talking to the PMS at one of my top schools, and he said that he contacted the military liaison to the Congressman I got my nomination to an academy from. He told me that they then were extending the csi nomination to me. Does anyone know what the csi nomination is?

Confirm with your school's ROO/PMS. Last year Cadet Command gave out scholarships to highly qualified applicants to the SA who didn't do the National Scholarship process and who either a) didn't get in or b) were not nominated. Schools sent up names and Cadet Command somehow got their files and handed out scholarships. This was the last Commanding General's initiative and I haven't heard if its going to happen this year or not.
