CULP advice

I think MS1 said they could pick region but not specific country and they are told it can change at the last second.
 
Thank you for all of the helpful information. When do cadets typically hear about whether they've been selected for CULP?
 
Looking at SAF from last year, it appears people started getting notifications on 12/3
