Getting the JKO was a bit complicated.
Essentially the bottom line is you have to send an email to the jkohelp desk with a certain email format FROM YOUR AKO. One cadet did it from his gmail and it was rejected.
This is what I sent and had other cadets send in and it worked.
Copy and paste these into the appropriate places.
The email to send to is:
jkohelpdesk@jten.mil
Subject used was
JKO access for Cadet attending CULP.

Requesting access for complete training mandatory for CULP Deployment.
Once this email is sent from your AKO, you should receive a response within 24 hours. Mine came through in 40 minutes. You will receive 3 different emails, one as the initial reply from the help desk to your email stating you have
24 hours to access your account before the token expires. The second email will contain your
USERNAME and the third will contain the
TOKEN.
After receiving the emails, go to jkodirect.jten.mil or
https://jkodirect.jten.mil/Atlas2/faces/page/login/Login.seam depending on the browser it might not load.
After clicking the banner away look for under the login box for
Received a Token? click here
Enter your USERNAME from email 2, and copy and paste the TOKEN into the correct slot. After successful activation of the account you will be able to access it at any time after.
To get to SERE, click on "course catalog" and search "SERE" then from there it is pretty easy, click enroll, then go back to "My Training" and start.
If anyone is still having trouble, I wouldn't be opposed to taking the time to post picture instructions if these are unclear.
