I'm just wondering if you would have to go through DoDMERB process again after you graduate/commission or you just have to experience with DoDMERB just one time only before signing contract with ROTC?

If so, would you have to go through the whole waiver process as well?

(I just posted your email into your notes at DoDMERB).

No. For ROTC, you undergo a Present Health Questionnaire; HIV; and drug; alcohol testing; and depending on Service, a few other "informational" tests (e.g. DNA). If you had a change in your health status since the DoDMERB exam, then you would receive a focused exam on that issue(s). Example: If you had knee surgery, you would accomplsih the above and see an Orthopedic surgeon to see if the healing, range of motion, strength, and stability have returned to acceptable standards...but you wouldn't re-do the entire exam again.

If there was no changin in your medical status since the DoDMERB exam, you would just undergo the additional testing:thumb:
